Refund policy

At IK.mini, we want you and your little ones to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• All returned items are subject to a quality check before the return is approved.

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or returned without their original tags may not be accepted.

 

Store Credit

Once your return passes our quality check, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the returned product.

Store credit can be used towards a future purchase from ik.mini and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to availability.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must meet the same return conditions and will be subject to our quality check.

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose to receive store credit instead.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Simply contact us at sales@ikmini.com/ phone number within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Product name

• Reason for return or exchange

• The size you would like, if requesting an exchange
