Order Processing

  • Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your order.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service.

  • Metro cities: 2-3 working days

  • Other locations: 4-5 working days

  • Remote areas: 5-6 working days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you can use the tracking information provided to follow its journey.

If your tracking information hasn't updated for a while or your order appears to be delayed, please reach out to us at sales@ikmini.com / WhatsApp number and we'll be happy to help.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and other contact details are correct when placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
